Florida State University professor Juan Carlos Galeano recently returned from a trip to Amazonia. Galeano, a faculty member of the FSU Department of Modern Languages & Linguistics at the FSU College of Arts & Sciences, spent time during the trip learning about the art of making “casabe,” a delicious bread from indigenous Amazonian cuisine.
